just a friendly warning... this file is propogating itself all over the internet, ive already saved 6 people from a fate worse than death (jk)....



check your tasks now... if msblast.exe is running you are infected



run regedit.. youll find the key in local machine/software/windows/currectversion/run



the bastard key is "windows update" and the value says "msblast.exe" -- delete the key!



youll fine msblast.exe in your windows/system32 dir... nuke it



i havent seen anything about this on the internet yet (havent looked very hard) but has infected at least 6 of my friends... (including myself)



seems like one of the things it does is try and infect others using your computer (like the old DOS code red attack), among other nastier things such as disabling network devices and connections... anyway... heads up

what if you don't run XP? I got it and cleaned it last night. It was a pain in the ass, but thankfully it's gone.
