Control not allowing access to mud!

When I install dialsofts control v2.0 and v2.1 it cuts off everyones access to mud except users who have master key. help? =):afire:

what options have you configured? usually after you've just installed it there isn't anything it restricts until you start configuring it.

Control fileters for bogus information. If a user doesnt supply what it considers "Correct Information" when the BBS account is created it will cut that user off. I had to uninstall mine because it was doing it on lunar.

I am a registered control user,

and I think, 2.1 and 4.X are messed up,

they still do this on a properly setup legal upgrade or install.

That was with no optoins configured and I did also try to configure some. 2.1 is 4.x I do belive. I downloaded the 4.0 version which it was a 2.1 install for nt
