Anyone had trouble with this. I gathered up the other components and was expecting to get the fourth from Leo but he didn't give it to me. Any ideas why not?

Haha, why you hate it plat? it only takes like 32 minz and it's simple.. the most drawn out task is the stairs...
go back to morukai and ask him, maybe he'll just do it for you anyway.
