lol, you serious Aragon? I figure the best way to send them is put them in a case that you buy cds to burn with. Ya know, those round things with the pole up the center and the lid? Yeah, those. Just wrap it up in some newspaper, put it in a box about the same size, and send it like that. UPS Ground is pretty cheap, shouldn't cost you more than $15.

Your best bet is to put them all in one small box (as small as they can fit into)
best thing to do is go to the post office and mail it at the "media mail"rate. Which can be used for stuff like books/cds etc.
You could probably get away with less than 10$ total to mail the whole package out. If you AIM me and give me the weight and zip codes I can give you an exact price :)
