Have you tried to do the above mentioned reinstalling WG? Have you tried going through all of your general settings?
How about explaining, or showing a cap, of exactly what the log-in screen changed to. If you took the time to copy your WG dir to another machine, you should have had plenty of time to reinstall WG. Also, did you export your registry and import it to your XP machine? Last time I tried to just copy a WG dir from one computer to another, the registry wasn't set up for it and it blew up in my face. Anyways. Post a cap of what your WG server looks like when it's fully initialized, and post a cap of what your log-in screen changed to.

Sounds like you have the DEMO version of Worldgroup 3.2 its hard coded to 4 users. Even with a proper reg code. You need to get another copy of the software.. a proper install

Actually it's more like saying your car's deck is running like crap b/c the axel of the car broke.
And it does look like you have the hard coded demo version.
