I have a friend in Central BC who had a 42-FFF chest, she had to have them reduced, the strain was too much for her small frame. the most the doctors would take them down was to a 42-DDD. She still bitches they're too heavy, She now has to travel to the US to have them reduced further, because our fucked up medical system, wont do any further reduction...

umm 42 aint tiny dear... 42 is quite large actually.. the smallest off the rack you can buy.. which is nearly impossible to find above a C.. is 32... what I am... that means 32 inches around... that means she is almost a whole foot larger around than I am.

Yup, which is why Michelle bitches about our medicale system, they wont reduce her in size anymore than they have. They claim that it might cause an inbalance.... we say bullshit, She's going to Seattle in March to have a reduction, she's hoping to have them reduced to 32DD... All we can do now is pray.

On a side note one of my friends got a reduction too, they did a decent job on her but now she has no feeling in her nipples. Kinda sucks now because titty twisters are no fun on her.

You take a tape measure and you wrap it around the rib cage BELOW the breast.. not OVER the breast. That is the band size i.e. 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48... on and on.. the most common band size is 36 inches around. That means that your ribcage is that many inches around. Now you write that number down. You then take the tape measure and wrap it around the fullest part of the breast. You write this number down.. the most common number is 39. This measurement is how you determine the cup size. So here is what you do. You take the first number, the band size, and then subtract it from the second number. For every inch difference is a cup size. So if you are 34 inches around for the band and the fullest part of the breast around is 35, your bra size is 34A. If your band size is 40, and the second number is 45, that would make your bra size 40DD. You cannot reduce your band size unless you are FAT and you lose WEIGHT.. not breast. So you cannot go from a 42DDD to a 32ANYTHING unless she lost ten inches of fat off of her ribcage. And losing 10 inches off the ribcage is HARD to do because woman who are chunky store fat in the normal female fat depositories, i.e. waist, hips, butt, and thighs. No breast reduction in the world can make you lose band size. The doctors are right dear. Proportionally, larger women have larger breasts. It is actually odd for anyone 40 or over in band size to have a cup size lower than D or DD. It just has to do with proportions. Most doctors recommend that they try to lose weight as they can lose atleast one cup size if they lose 20-30 pounds. She should lose weight.. not go for another breast reduction. Her doctors are right.



I don't have DDD anymore because my hyperthyroidism came back. It makes you unable to maintain a healthy normal wieght. I have lost over 10 pounds. I am 89 pounds now. I am now just a half inch below a DD, because my breasts were the only place I had ANY fat at all. My 32 didn't change because that is how large my ribcage is... and that isn't going to change unless I gain like 40 pounds. So to finalize this conversation. It is impossible for your friend to go from a 42 to a 32 froma breast reduction... and furthermore; there is NO WAY your friend is tiny... 42 is on the large end. She is a whole 10 inches larger than me. If she is tiny.. I am paperthin and should be dead.

Michelle is 5'2 she aint very big, she's not fat per-say, her body is even to counter balance the size of her chest. Being I know nothing about bra sizing, I was basing upon information as to what I have been told. She has always had to have them custom made. Her sisters & mother are also small, but none of her family has a chest as large as hers. She still feels like her chest is far too big, and the weight is now causing back problems.



When we were younger she was chunky, but that was because she had a self image problem, and was always teased because of her chest size. She has lost a ton of weight since the first reduction. Last time I tlaked to her, she was down to 130lbs from 250lbs.
