No monsters or computer chars showing up??

I installed WG 3.20 and MajorMud 1.11o today.. got everything setup perfectly fine.. I log into the BBS, go into MajorMud, set my character up just fine.. and bam.. the world is empty.. The stores are missing (can't do a LIST) there are no Computer characters in shops like they should.. and monsters are missing..



Did I miss something completely during the install?

I did follow that when I first installed and monsters showed up fine, but I didn't activate the add-on modules until later. Now I have a populated realm in the standard areas, but no monsters in the add-ons. Any ideas?

how long was the realm running before experiencing these problems? have you tried running an offline recovery?

I have run multiple system cleanups but I'm not familiar with the Offline recovery.
