overnet and proxies [Archive] - ForumsHQ

.. I've had a little trouble with my good friend overnet, (no need to bore you with the details, but lets just say it may or may not have something to do with universal studios and my need to share. Please refrain from lecturing me about copyright :P... )



I'm using a proxy engine/generator called stealther, i'm using it to obviously hide my ip, it's not foolproof, it's prolly one of the worst things out there, but it does give me peace of mind... Thanks to my isp who are being cunts, and maybe my stupidity, i need this to continue using the program.



Anyway, i am trying to set it up with overnet and with nothing but constant failure, overnet will not connect as it states the proxy is in use ..or something.. If anyone has any suggestions, or they have managed to set up overnet with somethin similar to this, or they know of some other more efficient method to conceal ones ip, i would greatly appreciate it..
