Limiting user accounts [Archive] - ForumsHQ

I'm tryin to enforce a limit of 2 char from same ip addy and it's getting a pain to trace them all by hand and was wondering if there was a program that could do that for me?

And unfortunatly there isn't a GOOD way to do so. CONTROL is the best option I know of, but you have to scan for people manually and it seems that it screws up everyones screen height setting so I ended up deactivating it. So far the best thing for me is netstat -n lol
