Ok, It appears to me that the abilitys stop saving after 190. They stay on the char if you bring the board down/back up, exit realm/enter realm, until you run an offline recovery. Then it will strip any ability that is 191 and above.

actually, this isn't a nightmare specific problem. he's talking about mud stripping the abilities when an offline recovery is run. this is a limitation in the mud dll, apparently.
