Village Shell Giver

The Village Shell Giver has no settings. It's going to be something similar to Forest specials, but they will happen in the village. Village specials are possibly at 15% of the time you return to the village, the same as the forest. In other words, you have a 15% chance to encounter the Shell Giver in the village. If you encounter him, please post here with what happens!
