The Jeweler sells jewelery (go figure). There are 5 different types of jewelery to buy, and I honestly have no clue if they have an effect on your character, but I would imagine not. You can also sell the jewelery back to the Jeweler for 60% of it's original value. The Jeweler is located in Degolburg for now.
