Another slow Sunday, I have monday off so maybe by then the articles will pick-up a little for everybody, anyway as the topic suggest, you read it right. GM is planning on launching a self-driving car in 2008. You can read the whole thing here. (http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000137056230/)





think KITT, people, but without the smarmy voice (well, we assume, anyway).





Now imagine being moving along at 55 in mad traffic. Then *WHAP* BSOD! Self driving car gets p3n'd. We'll just have to wait and see how "stable" that advanced computer is.

There's autopilot on planes, it doesn't just fail in the middle of a flight. They generally do a good job of making this shit safe before its released.
