ISPs either restrict SMTP or allow SMTP, whats the purpose? If you're retriving/sending email's via your companies email server, for example, using lets say Outlook Express. You are not using the SMTP protocol, you are either using POP3 or IMAP. Which in this case doesn't restrict you sending or receiving emails. So please tell us why you are wanting an ISP that allows you to use the SMTP protocol and we would be glad to tell you which ones are out there that allow it.
