The Federal Bureau of Investigation classifies Earth Liberation Front as Public Enemy Number One and considers it the greatest domestic terrorist threat to national security today. Homeland Security is gravely concerned that ELF has spread from Portland, Oregon to throughout the USA and into England and Europe.



ELF is just a loosely knit collection of cells that are only amateurs and not professioal criminals. ELF does make the FBI look like Fumbling, Bumbling Idiots because most of their crimes remain unsolved. If the FBI cannot neutralize novice terrorist wannabes then it is logical that they will be inefficient in combating genuine foreign terrorists and their agents who do pose a realistic threat to national security.
