Here's the main selling point.
The area is residential calm & safe, currently both the phone and electricity system are restored in the area.
and here's a pratical feature
Basement:
Big basement designed also as anti-aircraft bunker with water facilities.
Then we have this...
1st open garage has a driver bedroom with it with an open space for one car.
