Logon/Logoff LAG!!!!???!?!?!?

Anyone know why, and how to get rid of, Lag spikes that are caused by users logging on, and logging off? I have wg 3.3 and by now it just gets really annoying. Every time someone loggs on, the bbs spikes same thing with logoffs. HELP! :)
