Magical 5, Paladin Only, HP Regen +50%, Crits +10, Casts "Lightning Hits" (Damage (No AC) 5 to 20 (Element: Lightning)) 100%, Negates "Rip" / "Lacerate" / "Lacerate

What damn level u have to be or what, I cant use the damn thing and I have tried levels from 5 to 70 all allignments what the fuk?

Anyone know what the deal is with this weapon?

maybe you have to go on a quest to be able to arm it i don't know sorry i can't help any more...
