NMR --> Help --> General --> Btrieve Status Codes --> Status 4 - Key Value Not Found, on an UPDATE, this means the file is damaged. Restore a backup. You probably crashed in the middle of an update operation and now the file is damaged. Usually it's only one user that is messed up and it usually crashes when they gain exp. If you can figure out who it us maybe you can delete/copy them. Oh, one thing you could try running is "Restore file integrity if questionable" from WG's offline utilities menu.
