confuzed yet??? read on...

Yet again, another boring night, so i thougt i would debunk SOMETHING... ANYTHING.. here's what i got....

We've all seen these messages hanging out in TS. Lets go find out whats up w/ them..

TS - room 224 map 1

This room casts the spell 918. and that spell's ability is a textblock 9053. Well Textblock 9053 Randomly picks someting out of text block 9056. Block 9056 shows what messages are being sent to your users. Go ahead and open up MessagesEditor and change em..

Now, it looks pretty easy to setup your own spells/textbocks/messages. and it would be fun to add random text to that new porno wing you built off of the graveyard. "Dirty whore squeeks as she runs past you", "Aragon crawls on the ground, begging for porn tokens."

The darkwood ones get a bit on the tircky side with them. it will random a message and summon a monster.. Now this could get fun..

That is so cool, I was just wondering not even 2 hours ago how all that stuff worked. I was thinking it was a monster with no name and the message was it's entrance message, and since it had no name, you wouldn't see it, and it wouldn't attack. Haha I'm creative. But that's awesome, thanks for posting that before I had a chance to ask about it!

That leads me to another possiblity... could you have a monster that didn't show up on the 'Also here:' line yet would still attack and whatnot... that might be kinda neat.

a spell that does damage when u walk into a room then summons a monster... Looks like the monster BS's you??? eh maybe not. Maybe u can set it up to make it look like monsters do hit-n-run's .. beats me. with the random option and all the others, endless possibilities
