Hey :) I'll keep this short.



I know most of you don't pay for boards, but anyways, BrainToys is going to open its doors to a reset game we like to call "Classic MajorMUD". Last run, we ran 1.1a from 1996. This game we are running 1.1x, and will include mod1 and mod2.



These games rule. They feel like old dialup days because they are versions from dialup days! People aren't level 40 in days...



There is a flat $6 cover fee to play in the game. The game will run 60-90+ days. We are going to give 80% of the collected membership to the 5 most experienced players at the end of the tournament!! MmMm.... cash..



Hope you will join the fun =) The game will run on a dos DMA server, on a serial-ata Raptor (mmm 10krpm / 5.2ms seek time) W.D. hard drive. BrainToys is a very reputable bbs, and I think you will have a lot of fun with this realm!!

Not dissing the board or the tournament, but you are giving cash to the top 5 best scripters. I would hope you have some people in there trying to at least ruin that for them :) And I mean as far as script hunting.

We are pushing for heavy pvp :) Its fun. Our last Classic game had a bunch of pvp, and the point of giving people their money back to a) script the most b) not get killed ? Shrug, I just don't need the money and thought it'd be a cool idea

yea board is pretty fun so far



way more balanced than the current versions.. all the classes have a good chance at bein good.
