For SysOp's who would like to Ban a user's IP address without using CONTROL. Here is what you need to do:
Open WG Security and Accounting
Goto TCP/IP Settings, IP Addresses
Find HOSTDENY
Enter the name of a TEXT filename where the USER IP Address is Located.
*This is info on the Text File*
File of IP addresses to deny access:
If you want to deny Internet access to your Worldgroup server for a specific set of remote IP addresses, put those addresses in a text file and specify the name of the text file here. That file should contain only IP addresses (no domain names) separated by spaces, commas, or lines. The file is read with each incoming call so you can update the file while the system is up.
Leave this option blank to avoid denying access based upon remote IP address.
