I remember MMB back in the day. We used to have all of about 40 members who just sat around and held conversation and flame wars while occasionally tlkaing about different MUD's, in particular MajorMUD. People like Platinum, The Ghost, Rabidbomb, Tristian and others.



Now that i look around they seem to have all faded away. I realize that times change and people change but not everything needs to change permanently. I miss the days where we were an actual community of a some-what motley crew of friends.



So I part with this...........Where did you go?

Actually, I retired from mud...and although I've thought about coming back several times in the past year, I've managed to stay that way. I have a family now, and I don't have the time for it even if I did want to play. Hell, I only have enough time to check here when I'm at work.



Not enough hours in the day.

Nod, we all kinda moved on past mud...I would say most are still around but just not into the same shit anymore. I for one just dont have the time that I used to, like MrB said not enough hours in the day!

I dwindled because the format change. The quality of posts went to shit shortly thereafter. I can't just stop coming here, though, and some of the threads recently have been decent.

When MMB became a full out porn/forum for all... it took the meaning of MMB away. The only reason I even remotely stick around is to see whats going on and keep improving Mudinfo. I guess most of the other people got tired of seeing all the flaming going on... not to mention the moderators stiffened up just a tad. Everyone changes... but those that ever wanna get a hold of me... know how :)

And im still here as a Moderator. I just want to see our old crew back again. I agree, even i have moved beyond mud leaving the editing to my staff of editors i now have, but i still like to see all of our old sk00l crazies posting here. Guess im just a sucker for the nostalgic.

Yeah...I moved on from mud, and had a family...Same as Adam, and I do miss reading everyones bickering :)
