from comp to DVD player [Archive] - ForumsHQ

I have a DVD+RW burner and i wanna know how i can watch my Windows Media player movies on my entertainment system's DVD player. Do i have to convert my vids to another format?? Any help would be appreciated. thanks!!

yep u have to convert it its a pain use movie maker 2.0 make sure your home dvd player suports cdr, wmv, avi,mpeg,mpg ect .

you can find conversion utilities on download.com
I don't remember the one I use.. it's on my other computer far far away...
