I'm sure they are. Thanks for the oh-so-serious answer. Wait to your hearts content, it'll be at least 2 - 3 months before i am ready, at least.
Unlike Mud(Hill giants regen in graveyard, moaning spirits and skeletal warriors at blue tower, classes get changed every week)Rev I won't be opening up shop until i have it all running properly, balanced properly and functioning correctly
Ongoing / constant development is a great thing. Ongoing unneccesary change / disruption is not.

there is very little difference between development and unnecessary change. how'd you like to get level 75 with a great class then have an area added that you can't take or have a bunch of items given to classes that you can't use that make them a lot better. edits should be standardized before a bbs is opened

I don't fully agree. You can still keep adding stuff to the board after its done, but you should have a set of rules and a checklist for making sure everything is balanced and fun. If you know where you want to take your board and how to get there, thats good. If you keep adding stuff just for the sake of adding stuff, thats not so great. (White Dragon could be an example of this...chaos incarnate...)
Also, having a non-partial person doing the edits (as in, someone who doesn't go "ninjas are cool. ninjas can kill anything. thats why they get +500 max dmg.") helps maintain the balance.
