Search ze forums.
2 likely causes (but im not an expert by any means and therefore may be totally wrong, but from my searches, hint, i found):
1) you are using a version of mud without an activation code.
2) you installed v1.11o fresh (not an upgrade) and you allowed the room conversions to run, when you shouldnt have.

3) you imported rooms from somewhere, or somehow caused the active monster database to go completely haywire. now mmud is trying to load every mob it thinks should be in a given room already, realizing none of them exist, giving you an error message and shutting off regen for that room until you run an offline cleanup. regardless of what you did to cause the active monster db corruption, that's almost certainly why. (note the screen in NMR room editor that lists active monster #s, and how it says to NEVER copy or edit them)

Both Frost and I got the exact same error, I walked him through a setup, this was a fresh install of 1.11o not an upgrade. Only thing I did wrong was follow the instructions from here on installing o, and the only thing I did different was delete the one dat file, and copy / rename a vir to dat.
This was second install for me and 1.11o first one was fine except for the problem of my WG 3.20 rejecting my registration code and leaving WG in demo mode (4 users only).
As for searching the dbase for this error, I also have informed Frost several times to search the DBASE for error's prior to posting a new one.

I had a major hardware crash, and I have had to wipe and reinstall everything. When I reinstalled WG320 & mmud 1.11o (following fresh install) I have had the same problem? What the fuck is causing this error and how do I fix the god damn problem. Yes I have my registrations numbers, Yes I have all my mods, But I keep getting this fuck error.
Did I fuck up? or Did someone forget to post some critical information in the Fresh 1.11o install.

delete c:\wgserv
delete c:\program files\galacticomm
install WG to c:\wgserv
disable any modules you want, strip down the menu tree, test WG and make sure it works, telnet in, etc
make a copy of c:\wgserv somewhere. if it gets messed up again, just delete the directory and copy in this backup
install v1.11o to c:\wgserv and follow the instructions (http://www.forumshq.com/showthread.php?t=6436) on installing it fresh.
run an offline recovery (wccmmutl.exe)
setup mud in the menu tree, test it out
