wg 3.3 freezing

I've been having this problem with WG 3.3 ever since I upgraded where it'll occasionally freeze up... the board itself doesn't freeze, just the WG Server screen, so I can't login or move away from the Summary screen. It's rather annoying....... anyone have an idea why it's doing this?

nod, it just does that sometimes. two ways to shut it down;

a) login from another telnet application (e.g. megamud, putty) and shutdown from the remote sysop menu.

b) click the "X" for close on the window, but hit cancel on the end-task screen. WG will recieve the shutdown event and shutdown cleanly.

Nod Syn..but the dos window of wg has a lot more uses than shutting down..it's just 100x more convenient than logging into the board with a sysop to do things, when it works anyway ;)

i know ... i was instructing how to get it "unfrozen" cleanly so you don't have to end-task and have the board crash.

It would be great if WG client would work in the newer versions of Winblows (like WinXP). They want people to pay thousands of dollars for the software but only half of it works.
