hmm, if you were looking for it:
www.majormud.com (you'll have to buy to get that version)
and I think it's
www.worldgroupware.com
course they're both pretty expensive, but that's the only legit questions you could have asked

Where can I find the -BETA- version of 1.11p of mud?
surely beta software cannot be bought or sold, right?

can you download it off of their site? no, you have to be a registered owner, therefor it is not freely distributable.
