PvP Tournament

Hey Syntax/Xetox
Let's have a PvP Tournament! Make up some rules... 1v1 2v2 3v3 etc.
Let's spice things up and have fun.
Preferrably on a weekend.
Watcha say?

either no holds barred and do a backup first then just reload when done, or just have the tournament in the arenas

I remember reading somewhere that someone had a PVP realm where all items were loyal and a lot of stuff had bonuses that were very PVP friendly (+20 min BS dmg, etc). I don't know how well it'd go over, but make a 20x realm open @ noon Saturday and destroy it midnight Sunday?
I haven't put a lot of logic into this, but as a cursory thought it seems to be something doable/fun...

I would rather it be a arena turny.....not really big on the backing up and reloading. Would kind fuck those who did not want to be in turny!

hmm
perhaps something like demon was... give em from weekend to weekend to level, and the 2nd weekend be the tourney, lock levels max at 20 or something small to keep pvp within reason, and that weekend have it be a free for all, no hangs allowed, else you get banned from that mud. 2nd weekend leveling is locked, something like that. pvp until reroll, and on reroll, you're out, the winner gets some [cheesy game show host voice]faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabulous prize [/cheesy game show host voice]

No, screw the exping cap 20 etc etc.
Be proud of the character you have. If its a free for all, than get into groups and use strategy. But beware there is only one winner (or maybe not) so be careful of betrayal, ha ha ha.
Anyways it would be fun. whee.
