Does being seedy keep you from advancing in neutral alignment quest ?

i didn't reply because i wasn't sure, but since no one else has, i *think* it does. i think seedy is niether neutral or evil.

for future reference, yes it does, was in process of doing neutral quest the one where ya kill kai, gemstone, etc. had collected spirit, tear, flame, and was in proces of getting heartstone. Killed this fag they call "Artic" and went to resume the quest, killed gemstone and nothing. I checked list and "yes" i'm seedy. Just wanted to clarify it was because of that fag "Artic" which i now have even more of a reason to hate. Thanks!
