Old Savage4 card help [Archive] - ForumsHQ

I'm running on my father inlaws pc (hp pavilion mx 70, P3@800mhz, WinME)
and the integrated video sucks ( 2 mb) :fyou: . Well they have this S3 Savage 4 PCI card ( 32 mb), it sucks but is a hell of alot better than the other. Well, heres the problem. I plug it in and everything seems to work fine, until i try to shutdown, then the whole system locks up :rant: . I looked around to try to find some info and the company (innovision) doesnt seem to support this card anymore. I tried updated drivers and I tried fishin around fer help, until I remembered forums hq. Please guys (or girls) if you could give me a hand with this that would be great.
