LOS OLIVOS, California (CNN) -- Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Michael Jackson on one count of child molestation, the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department told CNN Wednesday.

nod and later on i heard a press conference in CA from the police saying it's multiple counts now. they were also saying the reason that it's different now compared to the last time they brought this on him is that the laws have changed. and they've changed because of his last case. apparently, before that last case a child couldn't be forced to testify in a molestation case (they can now). so it almost seems that the only reason he got off last time was because of a legal problem they couldn't get around.

When does Michael Jackson know its bedtime????

I still dont think he is a child molester.....he has done so much for kids in need, I just dont seem him doing this. I could be wrong, but I just dont see it.

i don't think he did it either. he is definately one of the weirdest people i've seen, but i don't think he's a child molestor. i also think he just really likes kids and maybe he gets carried away with the way he handles them and someone took it the wrong way.

Wife showed me a recent picture of him last night. He has his kids and their still in masks. My question, why is that tot-tucher able to have his kids anyways? A better question is, why do we bring him into the news so much still.

I found an old picture of michael when he was black. But, problem is, can't tell which one is michael.

Any kids that wear masks at the age of 30 are weird. That dude is making his kids weirdo's. As if having Michael Jackson being your father wouldn't make you weird enough. hheeheehee

The courts have acquitted him twice on pedophilia charges. It is for juries to decide, not me. Do I think he is guilty of molesting children? Probably. You wouldn't hand out MANY multi-million dollar settlements to children's families, if you aren't guilty of something.



See the pic I posted. He is guilty of child abuse. Those kids look miserable, and it is wrong of him to make them wear masks.
