Has anyone written (or willing to write) a comprehensive walkthrough for editing the 5th alignment quests for new classes. I spent far too much time developing the actual weapons to end up with the being esseitnially useless as I am unable to figure out how to properly add them to the quests. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That'd take forever to make a walkthrough.



All you basically need to do is go check say The Grey Lord's greet text. Put that in your text block editor, and a bunch of words or phrases will pop up with numbers beside them. To finish the quest, you ask grey knowledge..so check the text block# of whatever number is beside the word 'knowledge' That'll take you to a text block with something like 'The Grey Lord looks at you expectantly' or something..I'm not sure exactly. Anyway, you'll see it has a 'link to' text as well in the text block editor. Go to that text block #, and you'll see how each class is given it's reward. Basically, all you have to do is copy and paste at the end..change the class number, and if you made unique items I think it'll have something like 'random' and then a number..go to the text block of that number, then create a new one and put your own item numbers in it. You'll have to change the 'random #' to the new text block number you made, though. I personnaly just gave current quest items to my new classes. If you have spellcasting classes, copy say the priest and just change out the learnspell numbers.



All you'd have to do though if it's just combat classes with unique quest weapons is copy the first line up to the line break, paste it on the end and change numbers..
