I like a pay increase of over $2... I'm not sure if I'll have free time to work on nightmare, or even get on the internet while I'm at this job (same type of job, different company), but it's worth the money. I'll find out how much freedom I have next week.



Nah, that's not all of it. That's just the city. The northwestern portion is the palace. There's a boss, Kallesta, in the only dead end room north of the palace (the temple). I'm still not sure what he's a boss for, or what part he'll play in the quests, but he's a boss nonetheless grin. The shit on the right of the city is the jail. There's two bosses in there, one's like the captain of the guard for the city, and the other is the executioner type. Southeast is the marketplace, still haven't really gotten onto that yet. I'm running into time constraints, so it's a bitch to get all that together. The only thing I have in there is the bank. The southwest is guild's row, where I was gonna have a quest for every class, but had to abandon that idea until later. Outside the city is the highlands, pretty much just like the rock quarry but a little tougher.



The city is called the City of Leah (Yeah, I took the name from Shannara. No, it has absolutely nothing to do with the book). Outside of the city is the Highlands, where barbarian hordes are constantly assaulting the city. I still need to put in the barbarian stronghold. Oh, the palace and the jail, and even the city streets are scriptable. They aren't friendly to outsiders chuckle.
