Why can i not change my avatar????

hey when i goto avatar option in the control panel it only give me the option of deleting my current avatar what the heck, is there anyway of changning this option??

g'damnit I deleted my avatar. Now it won't let me put another one.

It does this whether I click usercp->avatar, or usercp->options->change avatar....
yes, I forgot to crop it.
