The second one completely reversed the internal characters, of course that's not going to be decipherable. The first one used much much smaller words, too.

And they say Canadian's dont do anything worth while, I mean hey UBC prolly spent hundreds millions of dollars trying to figure this out.

Research and development of anything is high dollar. Granted, hundreds of millions was a slight exhaggeration, but it was definately in the millions just to research something like that. They have to pay people to have jobs like mine.

University research tends to be a lot less expensive... this could have just been some random Linguistics or Cog Sci student's phd thesis or something... FAR less than millions.
