Not to play Devil's Advocate, but you guys are aware that this suit really has no claim, right? It puts forth no argument that is founded on anything remotely legal in nature - law or precedent.



I'm not argueing right or wrong, mind you. I'm not taking sides. It should be noted that a judge, unless something really bizarre happens, is going to look at this suit, laugh, and throw it out of court.
