Well, what did you expect for a government agency? Health Canada probably just scraped out the inside of their bongs. Why, I'd bet that its almost as detrimental to your health as cigarettes.

in BC, it is legal to grow pot for medicinal purposes only. I know of 3 people who grow pot legally.
