Now I have seen some odd shit in my day but this takes the cake. Although maybe its not that odd. Anyway I traveling down a local highway when all of sudden traffic slows down, on the shoulder of the road, a state trooper has pulled over an elderly man driving in one of those electric wheel chair things with the basket on the front. I found this hillarious and I thought I should share.

The dumbass was on the highway. He's lucky the cop didn't run his ass over.

We have this dumb ass here in Vancouver that modified a 4 wheel electric scooter, it runs on a 12hp briggs & stratton. And he is stopped driving it on the road almost every couple of days. He was in the local paper a couple of times "stating that he is being harassed by the police" so now he makes the Dumb-Ass award in the paper every year
