urbanitebbs is supposed to be really good, no scripting mud..
think its urbanitebbs.com but i could be wrong.. i know there is an ad for it on metros forum in the bbs section, not sue which of the pages though..

You should just play on morbid again it will be up soon! and there is usualy always someone live! We have a bad ice storm right now and this is the first time we have had electricity in a day, had to come to work just to get that. So as soon as this shit is over we will get back to work on morbid!
