It's not really his......he just wants goto's. But I checked out the bbs it seems to be kewl, fairly decent user base and eveyone seemed to be nice.
If your looking for a new bbs, this one I believe was just reset and seems like one thats worth checking out.

I messed around there a bit, But it seems like the class edits are too unfair/uneven...just my opinion.
