Now, the Better Business Bureau is a company, it's not some magical entity that has any authority. It's a waste of time to file a complaint with them because it would take too many complaints before they would give paying customers a bad rap, thus losing their paying customers that keep the organization going. Your state has officials that can help you with consumer issues and what not.
