the speed was also a major factor, why the hell would you fuck the speed up... thats just not right, speed is the key essentials to making sure the character thats using the sword might still be a wimp, but will still be able to own something like the phoenix solo

Dude, that was totally uncalled for. This must be the most disrespectful ignorant thread I have seen in a long time. Metro didn't make a super weapon for elf paladins. Metro made a super weapon that they could test shit with. That's why it's so powerful, so fast, no level cap, and only allows elf paladins. I haven't played in a while, but ever since the Caladbolg was introduced, it was not accessable in a game unless conjured/edited. That's why it was so powerful. I'm unsure of the complete situation here, but Galahad, you just dropped to the bottom of the barrel.



I bet a halfling warlock would be pretty shitty, does that mean they need to make a weapon to de-shitty-ize them? You make no logical points and don't seem to know what exactly you are talking about.



There's no need to bitch about something like this, -especially- at Syntax, regardless of what he did. He's done more than enough for the community to deserve the utmost respect, and a thread like this is completely unnecessary.

it is overpowered. when a lvl 30 guy can script the volcano taking negative fire damage getting exp like a level 70 person, that's overpowered. before i downgraded it people bitched at me everyday because it was so overpowered. then i lowered it, and everyone shutup. if you didn't notice it's also a weapon everyone can use now. so we took an incredible overpowered item and made it one thats good for everyone to use. it's been this way for months and you're the first to say anything.

I don't care if syn stripped mud back to mod 1 and left me with a hog thief and a dead cat, i'm still as happy as everyone else to play and like it damnit. i didn't post much til now, mostly because i didn't know wtf i was saying and didn't want to make a complete ass of myself. but i've been watching this site for over a year and syn has done a whole hell of a lot to help myself and people i know out. elf pallys were fine without cadabolg, they'll be fine with a downgraded one, so please stfu and learn some damn respect.
