One day, on his drive home from work, Frank realized it was his daughter's birthday. Having not bought her a present, he pulled over at the first toy store he came to. Upon entering, he immediately made his way to the pink section, and found himself facing 150 feet of shelves stocked with various Barbie dolls, and accessories. Pulling one employee aside, he inquired about the price, and different types of Barbies.
The employee then explained while working their way down the aisle,"This is vacation Barbie, She costs $19.99. This is beach Barbie, She costs $19.99. Here you'll find French Barbie, she costs $19.99." And so on, the employee listed each type of Barbie for sale, and noted that each costs $19.99. As the two came to then end of the aisle, the father was stumped at which to choose.
The employee continued.. "Also, we have divorce Barbie. She costs $349.99." The father nearly choked at the gesture, and said,"I dont get it.. Every Barbie here is the same size, same color, same brand.. Why is it that the divorce Barbie costs $350, and all of the others cost $20?"
The employee exclaimed,"Because, Divorce Barbie comes with Ken's boat, Ken's car, Ken's townhouse, ...."
