its not double dragon, its river city ransom (the main dancing dude), boy and his blo (kid with backpack) NARC guy (blue guy with 2 guns) and that blonde chick, my guess some california games or something like that. No double dragon character was in the making of that. I have river city ransom and boy and his blob on an emulator on my work computer, I play them semi-frequently

i didnt figure it was a double dragon guy.... just couldnt place the thing
