I'm lookin for a full php tutorial... I wasn't satisfied at all with the one at php.net... anyone have any others?

Well, http://www.phphelp.com/ has always been a bit helpful.
But if you really want to have good php docs, O'Reilly (of course) is the best way to go. their PHP book is godly.

Visual....... I use PHP Expert Editor... just use it for the coloring and beginning and ending bracket finders.... helps a WHOLE LOT!! oh and colors.... a big plus.... but other than that... visual proggies suck like dreamweaver & frontpage.... gack!
notepad is free.... ;)

notepad isn't free.... it comes bundled with some hella expensive software i like to call "winblows"
