Appears to be pretty "stock", no changes made that I can see other than gang exp thing, which was just lowered from default...
Speed seems good, not many people active yet, but the topten doesnt show exp so you can't tell how far along anyone is..

Looks like a good non edited board, he has made a few new items witch look cool. If you are wanting to play on a normal free board I would give this one a shot!!! :thumbsup:
