before we started on legion, we asked ray if it was cool if 2 kids played from the same ip. they live in a house together and have distinguishable personalities and its pretty well known theyre not the same person. we told it would be fine if he said no, we just wouldnt play there. but he said it would be fine. then i kill ray and suddenly faust is banned. when he finally gets unbanned his bracers return to their rightful place when he dies at some boss.

next my char got some ridiclous downgrdaes along with rangers (the other kid palying from that house) and some other kids were given class changes (not me)

here's the deal:



i acknowledged that they could play, but i told you that it was lagging and i had to have less users because of it. i was enforcing the 1 character per ip rule, i told him he could have one character per ip at a time, and a day later he still didn't log off of one it was banned. i unbanned him and told him if he could connect from another ip (i.e. having someone else, or proxy or whatever other method, i don't care) that he could stay. last i heard of the guy, he had done that and it was working fine



banning faust had nothing to do with you killing me, in fact I DIDN'T EVEN BAN HIM, it was darkside, legion's SYSOP.



yeah his bracers were fucked, like you saw in the IM I could fix it if he wanted.



the downgrades were much needed, delete fucked with the spells and made thunderstun 100% cast on end of thunderclap instead of 25%, so i changed it back to 25% and EVERY druid is mad at me saying i ruined their druid and now they completely suck. I DIDN'T RUIN DRUID, I RETURNED IT TO HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE!



and rangers, they were given scale which i realized was a bad choice 1 day after i gave it to them. i had TOLD everyone i was going to downgrade it to chain, it was just a matter of time. in spite of it, i told the rangers that they could get a class change if they wanted, because i fucked up. DRUIDS, IMO, didn't need a class change, because they were no worse of a class, except for an overpowered spell being lessened to normal power.



what you fail to realize is that the downgrades had nothing to do with you or the "kids" who lived together, it's all separate from that. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THIS DECA.

2 accts from the same IP is bullshit. I don't care how many people you live with play mud. If the rules of the board state 1acct/IP then that's what you should get. It's too easy to lie about shit like that.

truthfully i should not have been the one to ask, Jedi should have been the one, because it was clearly stated in the post about Legion that the board was run by Jedi, and not myself

i took it away because it was WAY overpowered, you cannot expect to have a spell that strong, it is unreasonable

100% thunderstun is completely bonkers. Anyone bitching about having that reduced to the normal game settings is being an idiot. *shrug*

it is a little overpowered, people complained that song of stunning lasted 6 rounds and lo and behold, it got RAPED in J. Why didn't thdr?

IMO, choosing any class for a single spell or item is fscking dumb. But people want exploits, not balanced characters...

thdr doesn't cast it that much tho, 25% and resistable, failable is more like 10%



but 100% is much more than half the time it would get it successful, and that's just not right, cuz they're stunned for at least 3 rounds
