I just recieved an email from Insight, my cable modem provider that we will experience a possible blackout shortly after Febuary,28 2002.

Quote As we have communicated to you previously, the bankruptcy status of @Home will result in the loss of their service to our customers on February 28, 2002.
Quote Just prior to each locations readiness for migration, you may experience a brief outage (12 hours at most) as Insight implements the final necessary technical measures for the new network
Hate to interrupt ya there 'Vis, but the same is true for my board, although I was told it was February 18 that it would be down for 12 hours. Isn't this a pain in the ass? At least my users (if any of em are even on here) will get advance warning this time unlike last week's little mishap.

ah, i figured it out, ya need to add a .com to your top link on your signature. telnet://lunardynamics.dns2go/ is what it is, it should be telnet://lunardynamics.dns2go.com/ and that is up
