They need to investigate BOTH of the kids parents. A ten year old should not know how to sexually assault anything. Hell, I didn't start beatin off til I was 13 or 14. Also, a three year old shouldn't be able to be lured off. What kind of a parent lets their eyes off of a three year old, even for a second?
